The Science Attic is Jim Ashley’s blog where you’ll find posts that are usually related to technology and science. But occasionally you’ll find a post based on something else entirely. My field is IT, specifically SANs (Storage Area Network), but enjoy many areas of technology and science. The name Science Attic came about when we used to live in an attic apartment, and our study doubled as a sort of “lab” space for old computers doing various different tasks.
